Return period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods . Please inform us in advance by email to busra_mode@web.de or via WhatsApp at 0176 30312803 and briefly describe your request.

Return conditions

For a smooth return, please note the following points:

• Original condition and with tags .
  
• Return in original packaging.
  
• Do not remove any stickers or labels.
  
• only accepted for incorrect or defective goods if our customer service requests you to do so.
  
  If you need to exchange something (e.g. size), you can also bring the item in person and exchange it for new products on site.

Shipping costs

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  
• Shipping costs are €4.99. These will not be refunded .
  
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be processed within 3–6 business days .

Returns due to undeliverability

If a shipment cannot be delivered – for example, due to incorrect address information, non-collection at the DHL branch or Packstation, refusal of acceptance, or subsequent cancellation – the package will be automatically returned to us.

In this case you have the choice:

• Reshipment for a flat shipping fee of €4.99
  
• Cancellation: In this case we charge a processing and return fee of 10,00 €
